Benefits
Somewhat decent pay depending on where you are coming from. Good opportunities IF you know the right people.
Arbitrary changes to your schedule are a constant.
Parts of the company are union; parts are not. I would prefer all union.
Too much office politics.
If you don't know the right people, it's hard to move from one position to another.
Panel interview with multiple folks participating who asked job-related questions and about job history. Standard interview fare, and nothing out of the ordinary. I wasn't surprised by any of the process or the questions.
You will have 3 levels of interviews, followed by HR. There are 2 rounds from India and 1 round from the USA. All are 1-hour interviews, focusing mostly on basics. If anyone refers you, you have a high chance of being selected.
Quick response from the recruiter at the company once I applied. Interviewed for the role within a week of applying. I had to interview with four team members. A lot of technical questions about past experience.
