While it depends on what team you're ultimately assigned, if you're looking for something a bit more relaxed, this is the place for you. On rare occasions, you'll have to race to a deadline, but otherwise, it's clock-in, clock-out. A great place if you just need proper work-life balance.
Rarely on the cutting edge of anything, and you'll likely have to work with some pretty old tech stack on some level.
Really simple interview based around resume. Semi-behavioral, mostly technical but no LeetCode or tests. I was interviewed by a manager, not a recruiter. As a student, they do ask more low-level questions on programming structure and things.
Met in person with the hiring manager and 3-4 VP peers. Questions were around technical background, management philosophy, and managing key stakeholders. There was some discussion of leading remote and offshore teams.
Reached by recruiting manager for phone screening, behavioral and technical questions on the phone with one engineer, and an on-site interview that took about 5 hours with 4 sets of engineers and 1 manager. Offer made the next morning.
