After the telephonic technical interview, they scheduled a personal interview with five managers. After completion of this, they scheduled an HR interview. After the interview, they negotiated the salary. It was really nice.
Software Architect
Telephonic and an in-person interview. You have to know what you mentioned in your resume. The interview process is easy unless you do not know what you did in the past.

Easy if you go through a recruiter. Had two phone interviews talking about experience and job applications. Was called in to interview the next week. Met with 4-5 developers. Know your past projects, what a hashmap is.
