Pre and during Covid, there was a wonderful culture here. It was very much a startup feel while still having proper structure. Flexible work was in place (basically WFH all you want or as needed, as long as you came in for important things). There was no blame culture, just a focus on solutions.
Post-Covid, this all changed. Office mandates, constant blame-shifting while not caring about fixing the problems, unclear direction from upper management, and upper management not having faith in middle and lower management gives the impression of ineptitude at the higher levels.
