There are lots of opportunities to pursue within the company.
It encourages innovation, employee growth, and lots of good things.
They give too many opportunities to poor performers. Some managers make other employees do the work of poor performers.
I think there is a lot of scope for improvement for the tools and processes to be well-positioned as a true leader in the industry space and be a challenger to technology companies.
Focus on automation and future vision.
