The pay needs to be at least $30 an hour. We climb poles near power lines and go under crawl spaces where there may be spiders or snakes. We go into attics. We may have to deal with irate customers, and you have to keep a level head while in their home. If your team doesn't have good management, the job can be extremely stressful since you work alone. You may have to travel almost 2 hours away at times, depending on where you live, or you may have to drive down the street in your neighborhood. It depends.
