Pros

You work Sunday to Wednesday and get off Thursday to Saturday.

Cons

The pay needs to be at least $30 an hour. We climb poles near power lines and go under crawl spaces where there may be spiders or snakes. We go into attics. We may have to deal with irate customers, and you have to keep a level head while in their home. If your team doesn't have good management, the job can be extremely stressful since you work alone. You may have to travel almost 2 hours away at times, depending on where you live, or you may have to drive down the street in your neighborhood. It depends. Comcast has changed as a company after COVID. Before COVID, it was fun; now life has been sucked out of my position.

Advice to Management

More training and more customer service training. Also, being able to understand what your employees are going through on the field.
