Pros

The longer you work for the company, the better schedule chances you get and an annual raise. There are monthly goals that you need to achieve.

Cons

Not many opportunities to grow if you are not willing to relocate to another state. Comcast is always changing; if you are not willing to change, it is difficult.

Advice to Management

The best way to provide great customer service is by keeping your agents feeling appreciated.
