Excellent Workplace Management listens and supports their peers. Rolling promotions.
Little less wage compared to competitors, but workplace environment will negate that.
Less outdoor activities (COVID is the reason).
But wage decision depends on how you convince or negotiate.
I had a difficult situation in my personal life where I had to make a decision about going back to my home country from the US. Throughout the process, my manager stayed and supported me so my career wouldn't be affected and I wouldn't need to rebuild everything from scratch.
