Pros

The company matches 6% for your 401k. We have four day, ten hour shifts and a good amount of time off.

Cons
  1. Customer service doesn't write an accurate description of what a work order entails. Many times you'll find that they didn't write a description at all of what you are supposed to install or fix upon arriving at a customer's home.

  2. Over-routed with jobs for the day, which causes you to rush through appointments, miss a break for lunch, or miss time frames.

  3. There are too many variables that are out of your control that can greatly, negatively impact your metrics on your scorecard.
