In my org, I have found leadership to be receptive and helpful with concerns.
Pay is not particularly competitive, and leadership likes to act like they give much more equity than competitors to offset that. However, more than 50% of my "equity" from the past 5 years consists of options that were worthless by the time they vested. Thankfully, moving forward, it will all be RSU. Even so, comparing to other employers, the totals are weak at best.
I make effectively less as a higher-level engineer, thanks to inflation, than I did when I was hired. This is due to pitifully low annual raises (<3%) and a sub-5% raise from moving up in level, all while dragging employees back to the office for jobs that can easily be done remotely.
Comcast has deep pockets. Skimping on compensation year after year has left the org lacking talent, since people leave to go work for companies who will actually pay them fairly.
3-phase: interview and test, with a live code challenge. Interviewed with several senior team members and answered basic code questions. Was also given a take-home test to complete and hand in.
Conducted phone interview with Sr. Engineer, then an in-person interview with Manager and Sr. Engineer. Very painless; no tests, no tricky interview questions, etc.
No LeetCode style. The final round was a mix of real-world technical and behavioral questions. The round before was done through HireVue and asked five questions that were about why Comcast, past experience, DEI, etc.
