Had a good recruiter. About 3 rounds up to the director level. Phone interview, then two 2-person panel interviews. Pretty lengthy process spanning 2 months overall. I'm kind of annoyed I have to type more fluff in here because of Glassdoor.

Brief HR type intro, one tech problem, company info. Two interviewers, one after the other. Some requirements were not in my skill set, and that became obvious, but they were nice about it.
