Good work-life balance. Challenging projects. Fun group of people to work with.
Lack of definitive direction.
Goals change frequently.
Plenty of re-orgs.
Keep on keeping on!
I received an initial phone call from a Comcast recruiter. The recruiter's questions were mostly about career interests, salary expectations, and when I would be available. I then received a call from the hiring manager. There were no technical quest
Phone and then in-person interview. Easy process, but no follow-up from Human Resources. They were nice people, but they leave you hanging for a response. No feedback whatsoever.
Not very great. I expected to see the offer they made. I waited for 3 weeks, and still, there is no yes or no answer. The process is not clear, as I have not received a proper answer yet.
