I worked on a startup within Comcast. Pros were smart co-workers, the perks of a high-rise office with a big company, and interesting work for my first dev job.
Not a whole lot of career support or feedback. Management structure isn't great, with a lot of bureaucracy. Contractors are very much the first to go when any cuts need to be made.
Alright, three sections: phone screen, technical interview, and manager interview. The phone screen was straightforward. The technical interview questions were fairly simple and mostly just to see my experience with the tools in the job description
Good testing of knowledge and fair judgment. Requirements stated correctly. A huge range of questions were asked in the interview. The interviewer had good knowledge of automation processes. The HR department did a quick job in publishing results.
Simple, and there is only one round of telephonic interview. The decision is also told in a day's time if you are selected or not. I highly appreciate the immediate response on the interview process.
