Next to no "slots" for promotion. Expect to be passed over year after year in favor of someone who works on a visa and has no home life.
In-office policy is offensive as only some teams have to follow it. If you work from home one day out of the month, expect to hear about it.
If "diversity" to you means an overwhelming majority of East Asian people, then you'll feel at home here.
Stop trying to micromanage every aspect of the engineering team's workloads. Instead of forcing specific approaches, let your engineers design the systems they will be supporting.
