Through a recruiter, but one phone call with the hiring manager and then a two-hour tech interview.
Everyone was nice and knowledgeable, but the interviews left little time for my questions, and it was a very speedy interview process.
Questions
They asked about past experiences and focused on basic LeetCode problems, as well as some problem-solving and design.

Company Seems to Be Imploding, and Leadership Blames Everyone but Themselves

Pros: Good coworkers and benefits.
Cons: Lots of layoffs in 2025 and no clear way to stop the subscriber losses. These are now catching up with all levels and causing company-wide layoffs. Everyone who can leave is leaving. High-level execs, such as the Chief Data and AI Officer, are now blaming workers for the company's struggles. Obvious internal cyberattacks are now being called accidental deletions to avoid media stories.

Pros: - Good learning experience.
- Lots of people around to mentor you.
- Nice office if you work in CTC.
- Reasonable hours - lots of people leave around 4:15 to catch the train.
Cons: - Very dependent on which team you land on.
- Sociopathic leadership at times.
- Dumb corporate meetings.
- Constant reorganizations that make it hard to build strong teams.

Pros: I learned a lot and worked on exactly what I wanted.
The team was a lot of fun.
Cons: The return offer is solely based on whether your team has the budget to extend one. This means for interns, if you are unlucky and get a team with no budget, you are kind of cooked.
