Pros

100% match up to 6% of your pay to your 401(k).

Cons

Lots of politics. They outsource most of the development work to overseas. They get spaghetti code back and expect you to fix it.

Advice to Management

Pay your people the market value. I’m surprised the corporate allows you to spend $80 million on a CRM that is going to take six years to deploy.

How do you people have a job? It just blows my mind.
