Culture is entirely dependent on your organization within Comcast. The company is massive, so the good reviews about culture need to be taken with a grain of salt. An immature senior manager can change the mood of the entire team.
Does not value employees who are new to the field. If Comcast is strategically hiring new grads, they need to have programming that reflects their willingness to nurture and invest in their potential.
