Good coworkers and benefits.

Cons

Lots of layoffs in 2025 and no clear way to stop the subscriber losses. These are now catching up with all levels and causing company-wide layoffs. Everyone who can leave is leaving. High-level execs, such as the Chief Data and AI Officer, are now blaming workers for the company's struggles. Obvious internal cyberattacks are now being called accidental deletions to avoid media stories.

Advice to Management

Sending out org-wide emails saying, "If this is not something you are comfortable with, then you should seriously consider if this is the org you want to be with," destroys morale and is causing insane turnover.
