High-level execs, such as the Chief Data and AI Officer, are now blaming workers for the company's struggles. Obvious internal cyberattacks are now being called accidental deletions to avoid media stories.
Sending out org-wide emails saying, "If this is not something you are comfortable with, then you should seriously consider if this is the org you want to be with," destroys morale and is causing insane turnover.
