Worst company ever
Free cable, great health care. Nice bonus structure. Interesting projects.
Too many to name. I was the victim of harassment and discrimination based on both my religion and politics. Coworkers weaponized Comcast listens. They care more about Smash Brothers than they do their employees. Promotions are based on who you know and the happy hours you go to, rather than work ethic. The best day of my life was leaving there.
Please stop speaking the words. Do the actions. Take a look at your people leaders, see what they're doing, and hold them accountable.
