Great work environment.
Engineers and product managers work very well together.
Awesome employee events at headquarters.
Good work/life balance.
Mandating 3 in-person days every week (Con for some people)
Comcast came to our college for placements. Their whole process seemed very unplanned and chaotic. They had many panels, and they all had different approaches to the interview. Some panels had only one interviewer, while others had 3-4 interviewers.
Asked Java-related questions about object-oriented programming, such as inheritance. Had to do live coding over simple Java tasks. Wasn’t too bad if you’re familiar with object-oriented programming.
The recruiter contacted me over email and set up a phone call for a background check. They never called at the scheduled time, and there was no email response either. What a great way to introduce your company to prospective employees!
