Easy. Met twice with my current team and was brought in. Answered a couple hours of questions. I obviously filled a hole they needed filled.

An initial video interview by the hiring manager was followed by a small coding test. Then, four more 45-minute to 1-hour video interviews were conducted, with two people on each call (this part would normally be done in person). One of the interview

First was a manager round. Then two rounds of Skype where I was asked all sorts of iOS-related questions, plus a screen share for a simple task. My overall experience was good, though I expected it to be tougher.
