Company culture is very progressive, respectful, and understanding. People are always willing to help out, learn, teach, and collaborate. I've learned a lot in my time here and hope to continue the trend.

Cons

On-call rotations once a month can be an inconvenience, but generally not too bad. Pay could be better.
