Management is terrible. This is partially because the majority of managers here have no technical background, but there's just something fundamentally wrong about the way they run organizations. Setting unrealistic goals is the norm. If you like being stress-tested every day, this is the place for you.

Talented developers left a long time ago. I don't recommend staying here for more than 2 years because you will likely learn nothing. Don't waste your time trying to move to a different team internally. It's not worth it in most cases.

Limited growth opportunities. There are career advancement programs, but they mostly won't do anything for you. Yes, you will get promoted if you are lucky, but I hope you like peanuts.
