The recruiter set up a call with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was 10 minutes late and was walking around while talking to me on the phone. It felt like they were not interested in the process. There were no follow-up questions.

Apply to the job online, where each position has a separate opening. Then, complete the non-technical HireVue. If you complete that, then there's one final round interview with an engineer. Passing that interview leads to an offer.

I made it to the phone interview before I lost interest in the position. The position, it turns out, would be basically a computing in a dungeon type situation. I wanted a more open experience with people interactions. The position was one of optimiz
