Growth is stifled above director level. Executive politics are on the rise at the SVP level, making it harder to be authentic at work.

Very simple online interview, two LeetCode questions and then behavioral questions. Overall, a very nonchalant interview environment, and I was able to ask questions after. Just practice a couple of LeetCode easy and medium questions beforehand.
SWE Intern
Pretty simple, four behavioral questions: Why you want to work here, diversity values, a time you solved a technical problem, and tell about yourself. Very standard and simple process with nice employees.
