A recruiter approached me on LinkedIn. Initial conversations went well, and I thought I'd give it a chance, even though I wasn't really looking.
What a waste of time it was.
The hiring manager never showed up to the interview. After spending time talking to all the interviewers, they didn't even have the decency to get back with a response on a yes or a no.
Even if they had come back with an offer, I would have rejected it.
This says a lot about the company from the initial experience.
Extremely disappointing.
