Process
The process was very transparent, consisting of four steps:
- Initial HR Screening: A 30-min interview to discuss my background and the role.
- Technical Screening: typical coding challenges to assess my technical skills.
- Onsite Interviews: Four hours of onsite interviews, which included various technical and behavioral assessments.
- Hiring Manager: The final decision made by the hiring manager.
HR did a great job of constantly updating me regarding the process. The interviewers were friendly and made the experience positive.
