Cons: Bad management.
Selfish teams.
Constantly changing decisions and goals.
No growth, no culture, no work-life balance, and constant fear (!!!)

Pros: Cool if you want to work on Kubernetes, distributed systems, and high load.
Cons: Training could be done better. I was an SWE, but a lot of the work is actually DevOps/SRE, and I had to pick up k8s as I go, which is a struggle.
