Don't waste time interviewing with this company. The process was the worst, with lengthy interviews. HR won't pick up calls during the interview process, and that person will always be on PTO. That's the lame reason they give for avoiding calls. After interviews, they will make us wait for an unreliable amount of time and continuously ghost us before sending a pathetic rejection email, even after doing interviews so well. Why a pathetic rejection email? Based on my experience, interviews that went well still resulted in rejection. They mentioned that due to privacy concerns, they cannot give feedback. What is the privacy concern here? Also, particularly note that's why they avoided calls and sent this lame email. I am glad they didn't select me; I can't imagine working with a company that has the worst culture.
