Very transparent, fantastic core technology. I have never been micromanaged. Lots of smart peers and leadership.
Engineering is in an awkward adolescent phase of startup life where infra/tools are not really nice and smooth like larger companies, but not small enough that it's easy to break out of your specialty.
More cross-functional engineering knowledge would be helpful, since the products are so intertwined.
