It is very noticeable that management at this location embraces a good work ethic, and their appreciation shows.
Top pay for retail at the start, with regular increases.
The culture at Costco is so inviting and family-like that it makes it simple to feel "right at home" for most.
Personally, I would say the only downside is it's difficult to be promoted quickly. Which may not be a con for most.
Continue to be great leaders and maintain your down-to-earth but professional management style.
Management at this location is amazing and does have a true open-door policy for all employees who care.
