Opportunities to learn different skills and gain different experiences in a wide range of departments. Good benefits and programs.
Not enough workers for the demand. The demand is unrealistic and no doubt abusive. No amount of pay can compensate for that. I felt like cattle here. The disciplinary system is way too strict. They monitor everything, taking away peace and security while on the job and provide for too many write-ups.
Hire more workers without financial hesitation.
Put your employees at a level of honor and respect that is required not just by your code of conduct but by what is morally right.
