If you’re a student, they accommodate your schedule through the student retention program.
Some good managers/supervisors.
Unfortunately, at this specific location, being a hard worker goes unnoticed and unappreciated. They have a specific manager who creates a very hostile and toxic work environment. Also, management will say one thing and do the complete opposite.
Don’t go back on your word when it comes to opportunities for an associate to learn more, gain certifications, or training opportunities.

Costco Interview Experiences
Front End Associate
It was super easy and genuine. There was an interview with two different levels of management back to back, followed by an immediate offer. They asked typical interview questions, nothing out of the ordinary!

You have to apply online several times. It helps if, after you apply online, you go into the store and ask to speak to the hiring manager. Do this a couple of times at least, so they know you are serious about a job there.

Behavioral questions were the most common, like: "Why do you want to work here?" and "What makes you a good fit at Costco?" Leadership questions were also asked, so go off that.
