While you're one of many different people there, it's not as if you aren't taken care of to some degree. This includes making sure you take breaks and don't overwork yourself, and also making sure everyone is actually doing their part so you don't have to pick up someone else's slack.
They do have issues with scheduling and getting time off, but they were honest about it. Whether a simple mistake or just how the cookie crumbled, I was informed on the whys of my schedule, which made the few mistakes handleable and manageable.
