Pros

Excellent work culture and work-life balance. People are very friendly and helpful.

There are a lot of opportunities to move around and work with different teams and roles.

Cons

There is no work-from-home policy.

Most managers are from the warehouse, and it is hard to explain and bring any changes to the existing processes.

Some managers are very particular about timings; they complain even if an employee misses 10 minutes during an 8-hour workday.

Advice to Management

Management should work on changing the IT culture to match that of other IT companies, which will bring more productivity. For IT, flexible timings are necessary, which will motivate people to work extra hours or even during weekends.
