Pros

Salary is good, the same as FAANG.

Cons

Work-life balance: The company, despite being valued at around 30 billion, lacks work-life balance and effective management strategies. US employees are required to work overtime frequently to accommodate the Korean business team, which could be prevented with better long-term planning and clear milestones.

Poor management culture: The managers lack a long-term vision and frequently change plans, causing developers to work on weekends, nights, and holidays. Alternative days off promised by managers are not reliable since plans are subject to frequent changes.

Too much politics: The company culture is politically driven, and some employees who talk well but do little work tend to receive better performance reviews due to the stack-ranking system. This job can negatively impact one's mental health, and earning the same amount by working two or more jobs is a more viable option than working here.

Advice to Management

Change managers.
