Really unpleasant experience. My interviewers let me know they were called in last minute and boy, did they make it clear they didn't want to be there.

I was also given no time to demo and discuss the take-home assignment, despite being told to prepare thorough notes on it. In fact, the interviewers seemed averse to any conversation whatsoever, including problem-solving together or hearing my thought process as I worked through the coding challenge.

One person even turned their camera off for most of the time. You can imagine what this did for my performance and, moreover, what it did for my desire to join a team with this attitude.

I rescinded my application immediately after hanging up.
