Pros: You feel thought of as an employee. For example, moving to work from home during COVID was tough, but we had small touches like snack boxes sent to our doors.
Friendly coworkers: Never met anyone unavailable to help.
Cons: Some bad press around being a website for cheating.

Cons: Most people weren't part of the club. The leadership didn't have the vision for the disruption AI would bring. They tried outsourcing jobs to India to save money, but it made more work for the Americans and lowered the product quality.
