Process
They conducted a regular phone screen where they asked about my future plans.
Then, there was one technical interview via Zoom where I had to solve two coding questions in an hour.
From there, they decided whether to proceed with an offer.
Questions
They asked a hard DP question for the second interview. They were really kind, but I messed it up pretty bad and pretty much got rejected.

Pros: - exposure to new technologies
- really growing as a software engineer if given the opportunity to take ownership
- access to varied architecture, infrastructure, and development teams that are closely tied to each other
- fast paced
- good team bonding experience
- pay is comparable to FAANG
Cons: Didn't value me much as an intern. Developed test cases for the majority of the internship. Had a switch in management during the internship; the team was too large and chaotic in the midst of the team splitting. Regular 1-1s were cut to 15 minutes, which felt very to the point and not enough time to build a relationship, even virtually.

Pros: Incredibly smart engineers, a transparent and collaborative culture, interesting problems, good opportunities for ownership, and lasting connections. Great pay.
