Software Engineer Interview Experience - Mountain View, California

Process

I was asked to do an initial HackerRank challenge and a week-long project.

Both went fine and weren't too difficult.

I then had a technical phone screen, which went well, and I was invited for an onsite. The interviewers during the onsite were all very friendly and helpful.

It was neat talking to Coursera about their core values. The recruiters were very transparent.

I struggled a lot with the last technical interview though, so they asked me for a final phone screen after my onsite.

I felt that I did well on the final phone screen, but I still got rejected a few days after.

I received no response when I emailed the recruiter back asking when the earliest I could apply again was and what I could have done better.
