- As of 2020, contractors could fill a bit out of the system and not be able to use all planning tools that employees were using.
- Compared with working on a startup, some processes will slow you down, but this will happen anyway if you choose to work in a mature company with lots of developers.
- No dedicated R&D department.
- Promote learning and sharing of knowledge inside the company (check for example "Unstructured Knowledge Sharing" post from the Artsy Engineering Blog).
