I completed the phone screen but was not selected to continue. The recruiter was friendly and seemed happy with my answers, but it sounds like the decision is up to the hiring manager.

Interviewed with recruiting first. That was fine. Was told I was not allowed to use online help. Software is developed using online help. Barely finished. Did it with online help after and finished in 20 mins.

The recruiter process was smooth, but the interviews were conducted by charlatans who obviously don't know what they're doing and appeared to be using ChatGPT to ask questions. They were a complete waste of time. Unless you are desperate for a job, d
