Good salary. If you're in engineering and have a good manager, then the promotion process is fairly transparent.
No substantive commitment to hiring diverse talent. (There's still only one full-time, non-contract, Black software engineer at the time I'm writing this.)

I completed the phone screen but was not selected to continue. The recruiter was friendly and seemed happy with my answers, but it sounds like the decision is up to the hiring manager.
