Mid Company, Bad Management
Can't really think of anything; it really is just kind of another mid company.
Management is bad and disorganized. It will take you forever to get a promotion, especially if you have a bad manager who won't advocate for you.
Diversity is also really bad, by the way. All the engineers are white or East Asian men, lol. Women of color, beware!

I completed the phone screen but was not selected to continue. The recruiter was friendly and seemed happy with my answers, but it sounds like the decision is up to the hiring manager.
