- You're part of a company legitimately trying to improve education.
- Pay is acceptable.
- Fully remote work.
- It's usually easy to take time off.
A shocking lack of talent in senior positions.
Always replacing things that were done wrong with a new way of doing things wrong.
Criticism offends people.
A constant state of overdue projects makes people burn out or tune out.
Fix the checkbox promotion process that demands time and effort but not skill. Poor execution is dragging everything down.

I completed the phone screen but was not selected to continue. The recruiter was friendly and seemed happy with my answers, but it sounds like the decision is up to the hiring manager.
