Good, but could have been better
- Great company mission.
- Meaningful work.
- The people on my team were some of the nicest I've ever worked with. They were always willing to help.
- Long hours.
- Benefits were promised that were scrapped on my first day.
- No Coursera-sponsored intern events. Policies have changed, and money's getting tight.
If any decisions have been made that affect what future employees have been promised, it would be wise to communicate these changes well before the starting date.
Otherwise, keep up the great work.
