Three interview sessions: one with a recruiter, one with a direct line manager, and a 4-hour session with 4 stakeholders (peers, technical, HR).
All went well; communication was good, and people were nice, although a number of interviewers mentioned that they were stressed a lot of the time.
After the final session, communication with Credit Karma went dead. No feedback, no updates, etc.
I chased them up for feedback after a month but again had no contact or even an acknowledgment of my email. I'm assuming at this point, a number of months later after numerous attempts at follow-up, I will not be receiving a job offer. However, feedback would have been appreciated from a company that seems to push the "culture" of openness they have internally.
