The initial round was with a talent recruiter, who spoke more about the company. After that, we scheduled a technical interview, but sadly, nobody from the company attended the meeting.

I sent a follow-up email asking if everything was okay and if we could reschedule, but again, I got no response. Pretty rude and unprofessional, in my opinion.

Pros: 1. 3 days a week in office requirement. 2. growing team in India 3. Good facilities overall. Includes food, cab, mobile facility.

Cons: 1. tech stack is scala, typescript which is not great. Backend engineers also need to look at FE & understand it. 2. Datascience, QA & insurance product team exists in india as of now. In product teams, nothing much to explore from tech perspective on open source side. Need to work on predefined internal tech stack based on scala/typescript with business logic. Not so great. 3. No internal mobility opportunity 4. Not much exposure to junior engineers.
