The telephonic interview is good; they ask about actual things you do, not hypothetical questions like a "moon shot." ;)
The first onsite interview started well. The interviewer tried to understand what you have done and your programming skills for one hour. It went really well.
For the second interview, it seems the person spent the whole hour and 15 minutes trying to prove that he is smarter. He interrupted me many times. The moment I started talking, he started looking at his phone. The whole hour, I felt very disrespected.
He gave me a programming problem. I asked about the data types, and he said, "I am your boss; are you going to ask me this question?" The way he was talking was like he was the one going to decide my future in the company. Rude.
Other two people for the onsite interview were nice, but up to that point, I lost my interest in the company.
Advice to management: Pick the right people for the interviews; these people show the culture of the company.
Advice to candidates: As other people suggested, if you are senior and employed, don't apply for a job here.
