The recruiter reached out via email, so I scheduled a phone screen. Then I was called for an on-site. I think it went well, but the recruiter never got back to me, even after I sent many follow-up emails. This seems to be a similar experience to other reviews here.

Pros: 1. 3 days a week in office requirement.
2. growing team in India
3. Good facilities overall. Includes food, cab, mobile facility.
Cons: 1. tech stack is scala, typescript which is not great. Backend engineers also need to look at FE & understand it.
2. Datascience, QA & insurance product team exists in india as of now. In product teams, nothing much to explore from tech perspective on open source side. Need to work on predefined internal tech stack based on scala/typescript with business logic. Not so great.
3. No internal mobility opportunity
4. Not much exposure to junior engineers.
